I loved welcoming and pleasant personnel that ensures guests have a such wonderful stay. Make sure you stay in the twin/double room with especially the microwave which was completely filthy with blown up, the tub, as for instance.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel and rooms were clean. The suite we stayed in exceeded my expectations and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Overall value was excellent. I will definitely stay at the Comfort Suites in Ogden, Utah anytime we are in the area.
My only complaint was the 3rd day my coffee in the room didn't get refilled therefore all I had was decaf and I didn't realize until the next morning when I went to make my coffee.

The separate kitchen space made it easy to enjoy coffee and snacks. The new HVAC unit kept the room comfortable .

The smoke detector started beeping in the middle of the night. I removed the smoke detector and took it to the person working the front desk. They were very apologetic that we had been awakened and offered to discount our stay. The Monday after our stay the manager called to apologize and make sure we were taken care of. I have stayed at this motel on a couple of occasions and will stay there in the future. The staff is very helpful and the rates are nice. The hotel is very comfortable and well taken care of.
